100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is for 11 days

Yoga Alliance doesn’t have 100 hours RYT certification. However once you are done with 100 hours, you can come back to finish your next 100 hours which will make you eligible for 200 hour RYT

Yes, this course covers all the subject related to Yoga which includes pranayama and meditation
