In our 22-day beginner-level 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Bali, we aim to build a strong foundation for you to discover your potential. This RYT-certified program will expand your horizons to becoming a yoga teacher. We train you to deepen your practice with proper knowledge and equip you with the needed skills to become a good yoga instructor. We follow a Yoga Alliance-approved multi-style module, teaching various asana styles like Ashtanga Primary Series, Hatha Yoga, and Theme-based Vinyasa Flows. Build strength and flexibility through our balanced practical sessions where every student is observed and taught with meticulous detail. Understand the science of yoga through Yoga Anatomy and Asana alignment, where you learn individual differences and become a mindful teacher. Using props and modifications, you can create an inclusive space in your yoga classes where every student becomes a practitioner.

Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. pattabhi jois, In 200 hours yoga TTC we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematically way according to the ashtanga yoga tradition which includes-

  • On 1st week - introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A & B.

A 200 hour teacher training course is a foundational program certifying yoga instructors, imparting essential knowledge, skills, and ethics for teaching yoga.

200 hour teacher training course is for 22 days intense program which includes all the subjects in detail.

Ofcourse one can start teaching after completing the 200 hours YTTC course. But it is recommended to first practice on self and then start teaching.

Subject covered are Pranayama, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, Anatomy, Alignment, Philosophy, Meditation.

Ideally an absolute beginner can do 200 hours to start the Yogic Journey. But a couple of months of practice would be beneficial to go ahead with 200 hours
